Birth Control probs

Nexplanon is seriously making me bleed like no other! My period just doesn't seem to wanna stop! And my SO and I are very sexually active and it's frustrating bc I can't do anything abt it bc I mean I'm not into period sex! I can't please my SO and it's very frustrating. Has anyone gone through this? Any advice? I guess this is kinda like a rant I'm just very frustrated....
