What do you think?

Sorry for the TMI. Been bleeding a dark brown for a week, turned into a bright red/pink. I soaked a couple pads yesterday including through my clothes, felt gushing of blood as well. Today is medium, still changing more than I usually do. I think this is a clot in the picture but I'm not sure. I've never had anything this big or heavy before. No birth control. 2 kids. I'm scared it may be a miscarriage but I need a lead way or someone to talk too.
