abortion sadness

I'm a teacher and this other teacher told me her birth control failed and she had to have an abortion. I have a 3 month old daughter and it just hurts so bad to think people get abortions so easily without thinking. She said, "it wasn't like I was 12 weeks or anything." Just such a callous comment and diregars for human life. I don't judge her choice, I just hurt inside for human lives that are taken eAch and everyday when babies are such a beautiful gift. 😢
