Does boob growth stay?

Question

My boobs went from an a cup to d cup in the last two months although I've had my iud for six months. Will they go down after time while still on the iud or only go down after I take it out, or is this permanent?

They are soooo tender :(

It depends on why your boobs are growing. Pregnancy /bf they will grow until you stop bf (some people's stay that way but mine went back to D38 instead of DDs) 
Hormonal: period ovulation they'll swell but they will usually stop once that time frame is over
Some BC s cause them to grow a little - want to say also hormonal but once you stop (according to college friends) they tend to stay a little bigger than what they were (two of my best friends in college were both on bc pills and once they stopped their boobs dropped a size or so) 
Sometimes your boobs grow - according to my mom
