Milk?

So question I am 6 weeks 5 days pp and I think my milk has almost stopped coming in. My little boy seems to not be getting enough during feedings and is hungry after we try for over a hour to feed. Any body have tips or advice.

This has been happening to me n for a couple of weeks I was taking fenugreek, lactation cookies, mother's milk, massaging, hand expressing, n nothing seemed to change my decrease in supply. Monday I called my ob to prescribe me reglan n since than my supply has gone up but I still need alil more. They say it doesn't work for everyone but I'm happy that it's kicking in.

Have you been to any lactation support groups in your area? Highly recommend them, even if you are only going to do a weighted feed. That way you can know whether or not your LO is getting enough and if extra measures are needed.

I drink Gatorade (32oz) and alkaline water (one liter).  I don't remember who suggested the alkaline water but one seems to be working.  I also drink G2 Gatorade since it has less sugar.  I was able to pump 40oz today.

Eat oatmeal! Lol if I feel like I'm supplying less I have some and start feeling engorged the next day. Mothers milk tea helps too.
