Not sure!!

When did you start to feel baby move if you even have yet?! My doctor claims you won't feel anything until 20 weeks! But then I've read articles that you can feel things sooner then that! My doctor said no that's just gas you are feeling and that you will know! Im 18 weeks and I'm not sure but I have felt a weird feeling that I'm unsure of ... I guess it could be gas lol !!! Anyone have any insight into this issue?! TIA 😊
