What do you do after sex?

Question

So there is a post trending about what you do after sex to avoid getting pregnant.
 I am now curious as to what actions everyone takes to increase their chances of getting pregnant? 
I know most things like having legs in the air etc are classified as old wives tales. . but id like to know everyone else's thoughts?

You don't need to do anything. Sperm gets to where it needs to be almost instantaneously. Just have unprotected sex, every other day or so.

I've tied my tubes. So if I get pregnant I'll be pissed. I clean up and go to bed

I didn't do anything after. After the sex is over, there's nothing you can do lol. Sperm gets to where it needs to go in seconds, either you're going to get pregnant or you're not. I mean, you can be as healthy as you can be in case you did conceive to create a good environment for a possible baby, but that's about it. I was taking a multivitamin and folic acid when I got pregnant.

I understand that sperm gets to where it needs to on its own. 
I was just curious as to what 'superstitions ' for a want of a better word, people do. 
I know some that will lay on their backs for 20 mins after.
