IUI Follicle Update

Went in for my ultrasound. I have 3 follicles. They were measuring 12,13 & 15. 

Doctor scheduled me to come back on Friday and do another ultrasound. They said they want the follicles around 18mm. But that the follicle normally grow 1-2mm a day so I'm in good shape. 

Can anyone verify this. Or have they had any experience with this ultrasound? It's my first time so I'm curious.
