boobs hurt?!

So I'm late, I've gotten a positive and then two negatives the next two days. I haven't tested since but I've noticed I'm extremely tired and my boobs hurt super bad especially when I wake up. I've also noticed when I'm with my new born god daughters and they whimper or cry, my boobs start to hurt. Is it possible that I'm pregnant? I just haven't tested since. Kinda scared
