possible pregnancy?

So I messed up Valentine's Day weekend again lol I'm 5mpp with twins. I get my period regularly. My lmp was feb 7th. This Saturday I had unprotected sex. According to my app ovulation isn't until tomorrow. Today I feel shitty, my lower back is cramping, my nipples hurt when I feed, I had some slimy discharge and a slept all day. Could I be experiencing symptoms this early if I did conceive? I'm hoping it's all in my head.
