STD or over reacting

When it comes to sex all I do is over react afterwards, for example, whether I'm pregnant or not (even if it's protected sex) by body count is 4 and I feel like such a whore, mostly because I've never been with anyone I loved. However my point for this comment is this, today is Thursday, last Saturday I slept with a man, (protected) who says he is free of any STD, the day after we hooked up I threw up for hours on sunday, (probably the flu), now I feel like my vagina is kinda sore, and I have weird lower abdomen pains, am I overreacting or is there a STD I should be worried about?
