Hey ladies! I'm looking to start losing weight (my ideal weight loss is 60lbs) and doing it in a healthy way. I've got kids so I can't run off to the gym whenever I want so for those of you who workout or are on this weight loss journey as well, what are some effective ways you've lost weight? I just wrote down tons of foods to eat and snack on so I don't need help there. Any help is appreciated! Thank you :)
