Trying for #2, had PCOS &I am not sure if I ovulate!

So we've been trying for number 2 for 6 s cycles now, I had PCOS (and still have) before my first baby, I am having a regular cycle for the first time in my entire life.... super unusual. But I am unsure if I am ovulating.... I have taken opks but have been told by my specialist there is no point in taking them as they do not work for people with PCOS.
