Uncomfortable feeling
Ever since I was little I've randomly got this deep uncomfortable feeling, a lot of the time it's if any skin is exposed (my arms showing often trigger it). It's in my stomach and feels similar to panic. Does anyone know what this could be or have any of you experienced it?
