What is concidered perfect use on birth control pills? And also, is it okay to have sex, without a condom, on the pill?

With the combination pill, perfect use is taking it at the same time everyday, maybe one or two hours after or before. With the mini pill, take it at the exact same time. And yes you're protected from pregnancy so condoms aren't necessary. Just watch out for STDs!

Perfect use for BC pills is taking each pill at the exact same time, every day.
Nothing is 100% effective, even when taken perfectly, but the risk of failure is small for BC pills. So it's up to you and your partner if you are willing to accept that small risk by not using condoms. You may want to consider using condoms though if you're not with one partner who you know is STI free or if you're not STI.
