nervous about every thing

I am only4 weeks and high risk and everything makes me scared. I am having small aches and pains but nothing bad, lots of symptoms. I'm just worried because I have a yeast infection now which I don't know if it's normal and my abdomen is sensitive if I lay on it and what not. Should I be worried? I'm scared to be excited about it.
