CHIA SEEDS!!
After weeks, to be exact 14 long weeks. I have FINALLY found a cure for constipstion!! I'm so happy I could sing. I started putting about a tablespoon of chia seeds in my smoothie every morning, and wahlah... I no longer feel bloated and gross and I am back to being regular like I was before I got pregnant. If anyone is having trouble. TRY CHIA SEEDS.
