family problems

I just turned 18 and I've had family problems at my dads since I was in 8th grade that's when I decided to move in with him but I lived with my mom my whole life. I wanted to try it out since I've never lived with him Anyways, it turned out to be awful,  my step mom is a crazy bitch and my dad doesn't care just agrees with her and he's super controlling to. Well now that I'm 18 I can live with my mom again but she lives 30 mins away from my dad and I don't drive and that's the only way I would be able to live with me mom ( I know I'm 18 and I don't drive lame 😒) but I am soon I just need to take the test. But living at my dads for the meantime I have to follow his rul a but I'm also 18 so it's like I wanna do whatever I want but I feel like I still have to ask if I can stuff. And he wants me to stay till I graduate which is in 4-3 months but I kinda don't want to. What should I do ? 🛑 I know this is long but if you could take the time to read it I would really appreciate it🛑
