depo prevera??

For those of you ladies that are on the depo shot. Does it work well for you?? Do you still get a period? Do you bleed more or less or nothing at all? I have some symptoms on the pill and wasn't the best at remembering to take it.

I had one Depo shot and bled for three months, practically non-stop. They say it gets better the longer you're on it, but who has time for that. That, and it took over a year to conceive when we were ready.

I was on it an bled for 4months straight it was terrible i had to get off of it. Also alot of my friends bled on it the whole time they were on it

Just a tip, there have been multiple studies done and there have been some conclusions that the depo shot can cause infertility.

I had some irregular bleeding after the first initial shot but it stopped once I got the second shot. My period came every 3 months basically when it was time to get another shot that's when my period came. After 3 years on it I got lazy and accidentally forgot to get another shot when the 3 months was up. Literally the next month I was pregnant so I didn't have any fertility issues with it.
