been trying to have a baby since 2001

I have been trying to have a baby since 2001 and me and my husband lately has not been having sex since last year and I don't know why what's wrong with him. He says he still wants to have a baby but we have not been wanting to have sex so it's been a problem since last year. I had the gastric bypass since 2013 so I feel like disgusting with how I look now with my body so I feel like it's the reason why. I don't know what to do about it and I am 35 years old and I'm not getting any younger and he is 38 years old. We don't have any kids yet so it would be our first kids if I get pregnant. I always wanted to be pregnant since forever 😢😢
