Had a dream of a positive test and got a positive !

So I posted the picture of the test if you wanted to take a look. But I had a dream the I'm holding a couple of tests and all have two lines. It was pretty random since I gave up on testing this cycle because I got couple of negative tests. Anyway I wake up from the dream and decided to test right away two lines come up! It was crazy but I took 4 more tests the same cheap brand and they were all negative. I took the 4 tests within couple of hours from the positive one so maybe because urine was diluted..... Waiting until tomorow to test again but how crazy is this!
