10/11 around 5th grade going into 6th grade summer. I was in the shower and all of a sudden my legs gave out and I had this aweful cramp. So I curled up and let the water hit me where I was cramping thinking I pulled a muscle. Then all of a sudden the bottom of the shower started turning red as the cramp went away, I screamed and my mom came in and started crying, (big help) thank god my great aunt was there she came in showed me how to put a pad on and that was it. My mom didn't gather herself for 2 hours but sat through "the talk" my aunt gave me.
