Beta hcg >1 7DPO

I took clomid in hopes to conceive my doc ran a progesterone test along with an HCG Beta test. I viewed my results online as I am impatient. They were >1 I was glad to see it was a number yes small but I've never had a number all have anyways said negative. Well I googled it and it came up <0.2 is 1 week, 5-50 is 2 weeks and so on, so does this mean I potential have a chance? Something I read said that all women have HCG in blood but it rises when pregnant but why would none of my other BW have a low number then and just have negative..
