Normal Ultrasounds?

I'm only 11 weeks pregnant (as of tomorrow) but I haven't entirely been to a doctor yet. I only went one time to a pregnancy clinic to confirm my pregnancy where I got a transvaginal ultrasound & she told me how far along I was. That was when I was 7 weeks and 2 days pregnant , I feel like since I'm almost out my first trimester I should go see a doctor soon because I'm not sure what's going on, I just know I'm sick a lot. I stay in Florida, but the nurse at the clinic told me I didn't need my mom's consent to go see a doctor regarding my child (I'm 17).(My mom and I don't have the best relationship at all, so we barely speak) I'll be moving in a month to Maryland for college but I won't be 18 till April. Do I wait till April to go to the Doctors or??? I'm just a bit confused and don't really have anyone to turn to. Help please. Idk how many ultrasounds I'm suppose to get or anything for that fact. I was taking prenatal pills but stopped because they were making me even sicker. I just need advice please.
