postpartum weight loss

I posted this earlier but wanted to reorganize my post so less confusing. For anyone looking for a good healing recovery meal plan after birth. My friend gave me this. Her mom from China suggested to her and she lost all her weight within 7 weeks (40lbs.) The warming food encourages cleaning of the womb and boosts milk supply. I'm excited to try. Got some negative replies on the last post. If you're not interested, just keep scrolling. 
Breakfast:
1 cup rice
2 eggs
Lots of water throughout day
Lunch:
1 cup rice
Boiled chicken
Unsalted chicken broth
Steamed carrots&romaine
Snack:
1 potato
Steamed spinach 
Unsalted chicken broth
Peas/Lima beans
Dinner:
1 cup rice
Boiled chicken 
Steamed carrots/romaine
Unsalted chicken broth
Dessert:
Dates
Grapefruit/citrus 
Papaya
***season with sea salt and BF safe herbs to your taste...ginger, cumin, turmeric etc
Supplements:
Prenatal gummies w/o iron 
1 tbsp blackstrap molasses
