Braxton hicks or no??

Question

I'm 24 +5 weeks pregnant and I keep getting tense n my stomach. Feels like the baby is balled up in a knot. Is this braxton hicks or not?

Answer

It could be....but it is likely the baby rolling over or scrunching up....mine does this all the time.
