Would it bother you if your boyfriend picks you up late EVERY time?

My boyfriend is on time for everything else in his life and he makes sure he is, but with me being late isn't of his concern. This irritates me a lot.

I'd definitely be a big frustrated but, it's less about you not being a priority and more about his level of comfort with you... if that makes sense?

No because I am always late to everything except school and work.

It kinda does. If he tells me to be ready at 7 and im ready on that exact time and doesn't show up till 8 8:30 I'll get upset

Depends how late and what you're doing I guess. Some people really suck at being on time. I'm one of them. I'm horrible at it actually.

I understand being late sometimes. And if it's just casually hanging out at his or my place... anywhere within an hour of the time discussed works. But if we are planning dinner, or going and doing something I need him to be on time. My time is valuable! 
Maybe talk to him about it and set up those ground rules?
