Pre-seed

Hi Ladies,

My husband and I have been trying to get pregnant for almost 6 months with no luck. This might be tmi but I have never in my life been a very "wet" girl. I hardly create any of my own cervical mucus. I'm wondering if the sperm are not able to swim because I'm like a desert down there. Btw, I drink plenty of water and I'm very hydrated so that's not the issue. Has anyone had a similar problem? Would you recommend pre-seed or something similar? Thank you for your help!
