how long do it takes to conceive

Me and my bf been trying for a little while now . More like 2mths !!! Yes he has ejactulated every time inside.But months done passed and still no 👶🏽. We tried every position well not every but the ones they say help still nothing 😔 any ideas on what other things to do the natural way not going to no Seragnt .I don't understand why it's so hard this time my 1st is 5yrs old now ..what should I do ..Everyrhing works wonders over here so I'm not understanding
