what does this sound like to you

I'm a little worried cause I don't know  if I have the stomach flu or just pregnancy sickness. I went to work this morning had an  supset stomach all morning it got worse on my ride home. Took an hour nap when I got home and got up with the runs and I then just threw up  stomach hurts bad but had gotten a little been since I threw up but I still feel like I can be on the toilet all night.. I'm 10 weeks today.. Does this sound normal or stomach flu to you??

When I was at that stage i would take my temp to see if it was pregancy or the flu. If I had a fever I determined it was the flu if I didn't I figured it was just pregnancy lol

If your 10 weeks and you haven't been feeling this way at all just to day. It's most likely the stomach flu.
