mood swings!

Does anyone else feel extremely depressed as their moon (bleeding) phase comes? I get so bad that I want to cry hysterically by something my mind created, listen to heavy metal but get a gnarly headache, even don't want to exist or don't care for life. I am a dog walker and during this time I get pissed off at everything they do and I normally love them and all they do..I feel destructive and mean, but in a weird rude way don't want anyone to try and change my mind, it just all seems fucked up. Thoughts ? Anyone feel the same or I am loco?
