16 weeks pain

Hi ladies, is anyone else experiencing a sharp cramping sensation a few inches under there belly button.. it kinda feels like it is tighting but I cant tell, its just really sharp. It literally takes my breath away lasts only for a minute and then returns within about 7 to 10 minutes. This has been happening for the past hour I am kinda worried but I am also a ftm. Is it just braxton hicks or round ligament pain?
