I have bumps like that on my belly as well as elsewhere, I think they are just zits from pregnancy hormones.

Just a question; do you happen to use Palmer's tummy butter? I've heard a quite a few women say they've had a rash from that which is similar to PUPPS. Switching brands is what ultimately stopped their rashes. (But by all means, also see a doctor)

I had a PUPP rash when I was pregnant with my first. Tons of those red bumps and got a lotion for it from my dr.

Are they like little lumps/pimples? Could just be from the oil you're using on your tummy. If they're smooth red dots they could just be broken blood vessels. Ask your doc/midwife when you see them next.

They look like what I've been getting as a result of the belly stretching. I heard they can turn into stretch marks, but none of mine have so far. Just leave em be and keep coco buttering that belly!
