Can some one give me advice please im abit worried

Hey ladies just a quick question ❓

My period didn't start on the Thursday or the Friday but I did do a pregnancy test and it came back with a fanit line and a red line on Saturday I had some bleeding but a small amount then is stopped at 8:00 last night

Then today I had some bleeding again but. Then I looked there is bright red bleeding not eough to fill the pad so Don't know if is was the implantation or what iam abit concerned about it the last pic was now
