I've been trying to loose weight and work out. I stopped drinking soda and have stopped eating sweets for the most part and I just feel like nothing is helping. My boyfriend on the other hand drinks Mountain Dew like it's going out of style and doesn't ever watch what he eats and has lost ten pounds I don't understand it. All I want it to loose the little belly and make my face look skinnier any tricks on how to do it?
