hug your babies father

I got a text message from a friend a few hours ago saying that her boyfriend was shot and killed last night. She has a 1 year old little boy with him. We just celebrated his first birthday 2 weeks ago to the day. My husband and I have a photography business and we did some birthday photos for them for free since we were attending the party. Never in my wildest dreams would I have guessed 2 weeks later that poor little boys father would be taken away from him. I am at lost of words and my heart hurts for that little boy. 😰  Ladies, no matter what's going on with your babies father.. hug him and just embrace his presence. I can't wait until my husband comes home from work today, I need to hug him.
