Since his sexual harassment do you think it was fair for him to win? 
On one hand the academy award is an acting award, separated from the actors' lives, on the other hand it is a really bad example and role model...

I hadn't heard about this, so I oooked it up. The alleged incidents happened in 2010 and involved only adults. Apparently he made some comments and unwanted advances. I think that make him a jerk, not necessarily a criminal. It may have been very minor and something most of us have endured but never once thought about taking legal action for. You know how those Hollywood folks can be with suing. I put more stock in the fact that Matt Damon is a nice guy and wouldn't keep being friends with a sexual predator.

He did some terrible things, and while the Oscar's are based solely on the performance and not the individual, there should have been consequences for his actions. Just because he settled in court does not mean what he did should be swept under the rug. If there are never consequences for lack of morals and judgement, people will never learn. #ryangoslingforlife
