Need Answers Regarding Taxes

OK so I had a friend of mine file my taxes for me.... My federal got accepted but not approved it's been accepted since January 13. My state was incomplete so I just went to finish it on turbo tax and it's asking me for money to pay for it but I don't have any until my returns come back. As for my federal will I not receive that this week like the email said because my state was incomplete. And doesn't it have to be approved... My federal was only accepted. Please help I'm literally in dire need of the money and getting a bit stressed out.
