Birth control after baby...extreme hormone sensitivity

So I'm curious if there are any birth control options out there that will work for me that maybe I'm unaware of. After my last two pregnancies I used Mirena and Paragard. Didn't do well on either, pretty sure my body just continued to think it was pregnant and the one and only time I tried the pill my moods were outrageous and unstable and I'm not going back to that (that's a pretty common response with me any hormones) so I'm at a loss. I've honestly even thought about getting my tubes tied even though I'm not sure I'm done 😪 help.
