milk supply help 😰
I have been EBF for 3 months now no problem. Me and my boyfriend didn't have my daughter for a day because she was at nanas, and then I had work following the next day so I really didn't pump or breast feed and now I literally feel like I'm drying up.. how can I get my supply back?!??
