I'm sure there are plenty of mommas who have been there. Is there any advice I can get on what would help? Her latch is fine I've had it checked multiple times, she's 4 days old and I knew these first couple days even first week could be a struggle. She's amazing with breastfeeding and totally got it from day 1. But my nipples are cracked, red, scabbed and in an extreme amount of pain. Every time I feed her I have to hold back from screaming and the pain doesn't really lighten up, it's that way through the entire feeding. I use lanolin which the hospital gave me but it doesn't help much. I also rub my milk on my nipples but that doesn't do much either. Anything else I can possibly do?
