SCH moved over cervix

So my SCH has gone down more than half the size it was originally. However, during my 20 week scan the tech originally thought my placenta was moving down. Once she did a vaginal ultrasound she found that it wasn't my placenta but was my hematoma. She said it looked old and I haven't had any bleeding since 11 weeks. Has anyone else experienced this and been able to have a vaginal birth?
