would this be considered a hemroid?

So I have a bump like under my skin (don't know how else to describe), nothing like a pimple of ingrown hair. It's like a smooth small bump that seems to protrude more when there's pressure to the area (sitting on toilet, etc). It's on my outer labia down pretty low, kind of to the side of my vagina opening.  I always think of hemroids as sticking out of the butthole or being inside the anus and being painful. This bump I have isn't painful or anything. Anyone have something similar? I first noticed it like mid 2nd trimester
