Am I bad mom?

This is my 3rd pregnancy. I have 2 beautiful girls. I was so hoping for a little boy this go around, but at my 20 week ultrasound we were told we were having another little girl. The tech didn't seems 100% positive...am I a horrible mom for still slightly hoping my she comes out a he? (Live in a small town, no where does elective ultrasounds)
