HELP!

I'm super worried about these brown spots that have shown up on my inner thigh, near my vulva.  I'm planning on going to the doctor if they don't go away soon. Also they are a little itchy something but not a lot. Sorry about the photo I don't really know how to describe what it looks like. Tell me if you have ever had this or what it might be incase I should be freaking out.
