vaginal bleeding

Hey! So it's been five months since I miscarried and I had stopped having sex for quite a while. Well this past weekend I had a lot of sex. And a little rough. But now it's two days later and I'm bleeding. The first day was spotty and today I woke up and there was a waterfall of blood.  I don't hurt or anything but it's very concerning. I have never bled after sex.
