IUD Insertion--- Nervous!!... 😯😧

I am getting an IUD inserted and I am really nervous about the consequences of it. I am also excited of course, but scared for the inplications on the physical and spiritual health of the(my) uterus. What will it do to the hormonal balance of the body? Allopathic medicine has only started to explore the metaphysical and spiritual elements of healthcare, with yoga and tai chi now apart of treatment. Thanks for reading :).
