AF due tomorrow 3/1. Been having dull pain in lower back all day but not like cramps and TMI but had diarrhea all day and no idea why anyone else have this and gotten their BFP?

AF due tomorrow 3/1. Been having dull pain in lower back all day but not like cramps and TMI but had diarrhea all day and no idea why anyone else have this and gotten their BFP?" />

I have had many other symptoms like cravings and headaches and nausea and hot flashes and exhaustion. Tested at 8dpo and BFN trying to wait u til AF late to test again just impatient. Any help would be appreciated if you had similar symptoms and got a BFP? Thanks in advance!
