Scared.

On my way to the hospital, im 26 weeks and haven't been feeling myself this last week , super tired , headaches tons of nose bleeds . I decided to check my blood pressure just out of curiousity and it was insanely high . It's my first pregnancy and I am so scared something is really going to be wrong. Any one else dealt with high blood pressure ? Was it pre eclampsia or something else?
