how do I change how many weeks I am?

So I went to planned parenthood on Wednesday and they said I was 4 weeks and 1 day but the app says I'm barely 4 weeks and 1 day? Who should I believe lol. I have an appointment tomorrow but idk if they would even do a ultrasound yet!??

Planned Parenthood ended up being about 2 weeks early on my first pregnancy. They can only make a rough guess based off your last period. If your cycle is longer, or ovulation was early or late, they will throw the results off.

You just have to wait. The days aren't that far off. A week doesn't concern the doctor in the beginning. As time goes it becomes more accurate.  Hang in there
